We are in the midst of a defining moment for women in this country, with positive change happening across all levels of organizations and industries. There is a swell of talented female change–makers we have started listening to and learning from, and together with their woke male counterparts, they’re paving the way for a new normal.

Join us Tuesday, November 19th to hear from an esteemed group of leaders covering topics such as “Building Your Personal Brand in the Workplace,” to “Raising your Executive and Leadership Presence,” to “Knowing Your Worth and Asking For It” and more.

The Level Up Forum will be a series of short Ted–style talks, followed by three interactive workshop sessions to help us Level Up our personal career trajectories and implement change within our own organizations.

For over 10 years, Dwayna has led public relations and marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. At Porter Novelli, she partners with clients to help them find, live and tell their unique purpose through integrated communications strategy. Currently, she leads the largest business sector of the agency’s anchor, global account, Bayer, and leverages her extensive background in omni-channel, multi-platform storytelling to deliver brand marketing strategy for Chico’s FAS, Inc. (Chico’s, White House Black Market , Soma and TellTale), Food Lion, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and Discover DeKalb. In 2018, she was appointed to represent PN on the inaugural PR Council Next Board – a cross-industry assembly of rising leaders connected to bring next generation thinking to current industry challenges. She was also inducted into the 2018 class of PR Week’s 40 under 40, 2019 class of PRSA Georgia 40 under 40 and the Wall of Fame by her alma mater, Middle Tennessee State University. She resides in Marietta with her devastatingly handsome husband, Bryan, and their two little nuggets, Noah and Lillian.  

J. Noble has acted, directed, produced, and taught. Known as an authentic communicator with the ability to teach that skill to others, J. has been a popular program facilitator with top-tier national corporations as well as non-profits and educational institutions.J. is currently the director of the Tony Award-winning Alliance Theatre’s Alliance@work program in Atlanta. Alliance@work helps professionals and their organizations enhance their effectiveness by merging the fundamentals of communication and collaboration with the process of creating powerful performance.J. teaches people how share who they are and what they do in focused and believable ways to get results, specifically in the areas of strategic storytelling, leadership coaching, emotional intelligence training and customer/experience design.Previously, J. was the Professional Learning Coordinator for the Woodruff Arts Center and facilitated the Professional Learning Initiative, which supported local educators with arts integrated curriculum design and delivery.Before coming to Atlanta, J. was the Director of Performing Arts for the Tennessee Arts Commission where he managed the performing arts program and provided technical assistance to arts organizations across the state. J. has also served as Artistic Director of Theatre Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee.J. holds an MA.Ed in English and an MFA in theater with a focus on directing.
