Celebrate ATL 2016!

Celebrate ATL was a huge success! We wanted to take a second to recap some details, pictures, and accomplishments in this post. A big thank you to all who attended, submitted their work, and did the heavy lifting behind the scenes to make this event possible!

First things first: Pictures. Go check out our Facebook album and tag yourself and your friends!

Now that you’ve found yourself a new profile picture, let’s move on.

The Buckhead Theatre lived up to its reputation, once again, providing a memorable venue for the showcase event. It’s always fun to see yourself in the limelight 🙂

Upon entering, guests checked in and were escorted through to our showcase room where there were heavy hor d’oeuvres and refreshing cocktails to enjoy as attendees continued rolling in. Networking and catching up with our AIMA community commenced up until Doug Norwood took the stage to introduce the event.

Following Doug’s intro, the 2016 AIMA Scholarship recipients were identified and honored!

CONGRATULATIONS to our 2015 #AIMAScholars!

  • Matthew Golino, a Senior at Georgia Tech awarded $6,500 (2015 SapientNitro Web Development intern)
  • Dianarose Fraum, a Junior at Georgia Tech awarded $5,000 (2015 SapientNitro PM intern)
  • William Denning, a rising Freshman at NYU awarded $3,500 (2015 AgencySparks Business Development intern)

Thank you to Krisi Lane, AIMA Scholarship Director, Peter Lane, AIMA Scholarship Classic Director, and Scholarship committee members Lyndsey Adamo, Dawn Parker, and Rance Nix. We couldn’t have done it without our top three Sponsors from the 2nd annual AIMA Scholarship Golf Classic: The Intersect Group, SapientNitro, and MaxPoint.

Also, mark your calendars for the 3rd annual AIMA Scholarship Classic the week of September 12, 2016!
