Seth Godin, New York Times bestselling author of over 11 books, including, “Permission Marketing”; “Tribes”; “The Dip”; and most recently-“Linchpin: Are You Indispensable?” will be stopping in Atlanta, GA, as part of a limited itinerary of locations visited to connect with his fans. In addition to Washington, DC, Godin’s itinerary include Boston, MA; Minneapolis, MN; and Chicago, IL.

This intense, perspective-changing seminar will be live, interactive, and off-the-record, not to be recorded for after-the-fact sharing or consumption. Attendees will learn about creating work that matters, spreading ideas, interacting with people online, approaching the digital world with generosity and not self-promotion, and come to realize that small things have more leverage than ever before. Perhaps best of all, attendees will be surrounded by others who have similarly been inspired to think bigger and do even bigger things.

The event will be held on Friday, October 8, beginning at 9:00 AM, at The Rialto Theater, located on the campus of Georgia State University. From 9:00 AM-11:45 AM, full- and half-day ticket holders will hear Seth’s presentation, followed by an abbreviated question-and-answer session. Full day tickets are priced at $895.00 and entitle the ticket holder to attend the morning session, followed by lunch and then a more robust afternoon question-and-answer session lasting until 4:00 PM. Half-day tickets are available for $200 and a limited number of student half-day tickets are offered at a price of $19.00. Tickets and further information are available by visiting www.squidoo.com/sethroadtrip.

Remarks Godin, the author of the #1 marketing blog on the AdAge Power ranking of over 900 such blogs, "I don’t think people need more data. What they might need, however, is a different way of seeing, an immersion in an alternative approach to creating work that matters, spreading ideas, interacting with people online, approaching the digital world with generosity and realizing that small things have more leverage than ever before. And, I truly believe that surrounding the participants at these events with others on the same path will inspire all to do even bigger things."
