Summary: RMI is a national leader in SEO marketing and recipient of the 2010 Atlanta Marketer of the Year (AMY) award. Through client expansion, RMI is looking to hire an Account Manager to join their award winning SEO team.
The SEO Account Manager is the main liaison between the client and the Response Mine’s SEO media department. This person acts as the business voice and helps manage client’s expectations externally. An Account Manager also participates internally on SEO campaign project management with the SEO media department. This is not a technical role (no coding), but requires the ability to speak and write technical concepts into business terms in a way that a non-technical people can understand.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients and manage client expectations
• Lead a client call and discuss SEO concepts and initiatives (you will be teamed with a media contact from the SEO media department to help with technical questions)
• Project manage the tactical implementation of SEO campaign strategies
• Ensure all client deliverables are on time and within budget
• Analyze & track online campaign results
Job Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Understanding of how Google ranks individual keywords in natural search results
• Ability to independently prepare and present monthly and quarterly presentations
• Minimum 2+ years (3+ years preferred) of online marketing/advertising experience
• SEO experience required, agency experience preferred
• College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, analytics and research tools
