With over 700 clients, Pardot is one of the fastest growing companies in Atlanta. Pardot is looking for Client Support Coordinators to research and resolve inbound support requests from its growing client base.
Responsibilities:

• Research and respond to support requests in a thorough and timely manner
• Contribute to product documentation, knowledge base articles, and support process improvements
• Work with engineering team to replicate or troubleshoot any product issues
• Participate in the Pardot client community

Job Qualifications
Requirements:
• BA/BS/MS degree
• 1-2 years of experience in interactive sales and marketing (analytics, email marketing, CRM)
• Quick grasp of technical concepts
• Command of CSS and HTML
• CRM (salesforce.com, SugarCRM, NetSuite, etc.) experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Located in the Atlanta metropolitan area
