With over 700 clients, Pardot is one of the fastest growing companies in Atlanta. Our services team, which implements 100+ new clients per quarter, is expanding rapidly and we are looking to hire strong Client Implementation Coordinators.
Members of the Client Implementation team begin in a support role researching and resolving inbound support requests from our growing client base. From there, they will transition to a Client Implementation Coordinator focusing on training new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Client communications and relationship building
- Software training and consulting
- Contribute to product documentation, knowledge base articles, and support process improvements

Job Qualifications
Requirements:
- BA/BS/MS degree
- 1-2 years of experience in interactive sales and marketing (analytics, email marketing, CRM)
- Quick grasp of technical concepts
- Command of basic CSS and HTML preferred
- CRM (salesforce.com, SugarCRM, NetSuite, etc.) experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Located in the Atlanta metropolitan area
