Requirements:
We're looking for someone who truly understands and has a passion for innovation and delivering broad-based digital marketing solutions. Someone who is equally hands-on as they are strategic. A supreme project management orientation is essential as well as an ability to engender trust and confidence across a wide variety of brands and digital marketing programs.

Qualifications:

# 8+ years of business experience in account management/marketing with at least 4 years of delivering innovative online marketing/brand marketing/social marketing solutions; experience with cpg marketing and/or traditional advertising for global brands is a plus;

# BS/BA in Integrated Marketing or related field, MBA preferred

# Demonstrated expertise in uncovering business needs and building relationships with senior level clients

# Proven ability to orchestrate large-scale programs across multiple brands and platforms flawlessly is essential

# Success in presenting strategic solutions and POVs that demonstrate thought leadership, drive brands and engage consumers online and across social media

# Innate curiosity and aptitude with the ability to see the big picture as well as be hands on

# Excellent communication/presentation skills

# Ability to galvanize/motivate internal teams around new ideas/solutions
