The successful Visual Designer thinks strategically, is flexible, and executes with an eye to detail at the pixel level.
This person is also able to multitask and interact with a multidisciplinary team. We are considering candidates who enjoy working on a collaborative team and adapt easily to a fast-paced changing environment.

Qualifications:
• 6+ years experience designing GUI components with emphasis in visual design.
• Extensive experience working in a team-based iterative design environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience leading project teams as well as serving as individual contributor.
• Proven skills to balancing multiple projects concurrently.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles and best practices for online GUI design.
• Proactive work style, consensus-building teamwork and productive collaboration skills.
• Adobe software proficiency expected, (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash).
• Experience translating wireframes into successful Visual Design.
• Presentation, prototyping, Visio, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, MS Project skills a plus.
• Good prioritization, planning and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and follow through.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Computer Graphics, Digital Media Design or other visual arts.
