Summary
A VP/Director within the Delivery Management group is responsible for professionally managing client engagements with a focus on balancing quality, cost and schedule in order to exceed client expectations. A VP/ Director is also responsible for building the Delivery Management team, training and deploying best practices from other regions.

Detailed Description
Partner with Relationship Manager(s) to plan, scope, and manage for highest-quality client experience and results; monitor all project processes and operations for time and resource efficiencies, cost management, and process improvement opportunities Partner with Relationship Manager to oversee development and management of budgets; support development of forecasts, P&Ls, and management reports Participate in new business development and pitches Identify best practices and develop new systems/processes/tools for complex integrated client projects Partner with Relationship Manager to coordinate and manage internal teams, client teams, vendors, third-party providers, etc. Oversee coordination of Quality Assurance efforts and partner with capabilities to ensure highest quality deliverables Lead development of intellectual capital across capabilities for client projects; partner with project and client team members to develop intellectual capital overall Design and lead delivery management capability relevant training for internal, client, and vendor teams, as required. Coordinate professional development for staff Help recruit, hire, and develop staff; participate in staffing for client projects Possess a working knowledge of Digitas’ capabilities and processes to integrate planning with Strategy, Creative, Marketing and Engineering Responsible for all deliverables to the client including the aspect of time, deliverable definition and development, and quality assurance Monitor and take corrective action to stay within time and expense limits Identify opportunities to improve client and team dynamics, interactions and overall collaborative spirit

Qualifications

8 to 10 years of professional project management experience, preferably in marketing related field Possess a strong track record of managing multiple complex projects involving cross-functional teams, external relationships (clients, vendors), across both online and offline channels Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Masters preferred Provide a breadth of process and business skills as well as hands-on experience that fosters credibility and drives thought leadership Experience or familiarity with Rational Unified Process concepts and tools required Solid experience scoping, pricing, and scheduling projects from both a bottoms up and top down approach Expert in Microsoft Project and Excel Ability to assess existing processes and identify opportunities for increase efficiency Professional presentation, training and client facing skills Effective negotiation and conflict management skills Expressive written and verbal skills and communicative leadership abilities
