Position: Rich Media Coordinator (RMC)
Supervises personnel: No
Compensation: Commensurate Hours: 9-6
Location: Atlanta
Reports to: Team Lead

Description:
The RMC will receive hands on training on our various ad ops teams, and will focus primarily on technical and operational aspects of rich media campaigns. You can expect to be engaged in pulling and reviewing reports, reviewing and communicating campaign status, troubleshooting site support issues, assisting in the traffic process and proactively participating in the development and implementation of the creative process. In essence, you will be at the hub of what we do.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing multiple levels of support to your campaign team including preparing KOC Agendas, Summaries, Timelines, Working Media Plans and CSVs
- Generating and trafficking tags and post-traffic QA of ads
- Checking in assets for non-component campaigns
- Pulling and analyzing campaign reports and managing first tier site support issues
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams
- Collaborating with team members to become an internal central resource
Required:
- BA/BS degree (minimum requirement)
- Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Strong initiative and ability to work well under pressure while maintaining good attitude
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work well independently when necessary and define/manage objectives in a fast paced environment
- Ability to build strong working relationships with others
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred:
- 1-2 years related experience and/or training in online advertising desired
- An understanding of interactive media and knowledge of emerging technologies
- Basic understanding of rich media/Flash banner functions
