The Position:
We are seeking candidates to enter our Executive Leadership Program, a fast-track account management training program. Account Management is responsible for managing client relationships while ensuring the clients’ messages are clearly conveyed to the appropriate audiences through direct response advertising. Additionally, account management is responsible for measuring and maximizing the effectiveness of all of our campaigns. Account Management is the center of the agency and works directly with our clients and various internal departments (e.g., media, creative, interactive, etc.).

Direct Response Advertising is all about driving response, results and revenue for our clients. Measurement is critical to all aspects of our campaigns. These types of campaigns allow our clients to see quantifiable returns on their investments. This in turn provides a rewarding work environment for our employees. Ad agency executives collaborate with many types of marketers, both on the client and agency side, from art directors and media buyers to CMO’s.
Qualifications:
We do not expect our candidates to be knowledgeable about the advertising agency business. If you are passionate about marketing and are selected for our program, you will receive outstanding training from some of the best direct marketers in the business.
We are seeking candidates with strong math or economics coursework. If you have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, like to work with people and are passionate about seeing results, then this is the career for you.
The Training Program:
During this training program, you will rotate through six different departments within our agency:
Creative / Traffic: Assist with the day-to-day internal operations between Account
Service and Creative and assist overall creative workflow
Traditional Media: Assist with Traditional Media project planning and reporting
(Print, Radio, TV)
Social Media: Assist with daily management of Interactive Media project
planning and reporting for SEO and Social Media
Interactive Media: Assist with daily management of Interactive Media project
planning and reporting for Paid Search and Display
Analytics: Provide decision support (analysis and reporting) for account service and
media teams; become familiar with contemporary analytics tools and
techniques
Account Service: Assist with the day-to-day internal operations between Account
Service and the Agency. Helps with coordinating the planning and execution of direct marketing programs for specified clients to meet objectives and budgets.
You will have mentors during each rotation of the program and after one year will emerge with an excellent foundation to begin your advertising career as an Assistant Account Executive.
