We are seeking a Channel Marketnig Manager focusing on our mobile banknig product in our Norcross, GA, office. Job Description:
  • Define and develop a channel marketing program for Mobile Money from Fiserv. Clients include national, regional, and community banks, and credit unions
  • Develop packaged consumer marketing creative for Mobile Money, including but not limited to, launch kit materials, direct mail, email, banner ads, online demos/videos, branch merchandise, website copy, branch educational materials, and call center scripts. Determine cost effective distribution and dissemination of materials throughout Fiserv and the Mobile Money client base
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product management, product marketing, channel marketing, and Fiserv’s mobile business partner, M-Com, on ways to increase adoption and usage of Mobile Money
  • Proactively seeks out mobile marketing trends and best practices, both within financial services and in other industries, and communicates learnings internally and externally
  • Serve as mobile banking consumer marketing expert, providing expertise on mobile banking marketing best practices, industry benchmarks and relevant consumer insights regarding mobile banking adoption to build strategic trust
  • Consult with channel marketing managers and Mobile Money clients on mobile banking marketing strategies and tactical plans
  • Develop ROI metrics and tracking processes for mobile banking consumer marketing campaigns. Work with data analytics team to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns (cost per acquisition, incremental marketing lift) and make recommendations to improve campaign performance for mobile banking programs
  • Manage and oversee use and effectiveness of co-op marketing program funds
  • Compile program results into best practices guidelines for sharing with external and internal clients
  • Represent Fiserv marketing at industry events, client meetings/webinars and with press regarding mobile banking marketing
  • Responsible for budget management, agency management and project management for all mobile banking marketing activities

Skills Required:
  • Minimum requirements include bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other business-related field
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience in consumer marketing, financial services or online marketing
  • 2-3 years mobile or carrier marketing experience
  • Expertise in direct response marketing campaigns, specifically direct mail, email and online marketing
  • Strong ability to make and defend marketing recommendations and budgetary decisions
  • Ability to effectively develop strategies for marketing programs and strong project management skills
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and oversee marketing projects and budgets
  • Adept at developing strategic relationships with internal and external clients and effectively work within cross functional teams
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Strong ability to gather and synthesize results and recommend modifications to processes to achieve better results
  • Ability to synthesize consumer research, client information and goals, and program results to drive strategy and recommendations
  • Applicant must be team-oriented; able to resolve conflicts constructively
