Project Manager

IQ has a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level project manager that is ready to take the next step in their career. This is the opportunity to shine - to show your stuff and to take ownership of your role and abilities as a project manager.

We are looking for Project Managers that love details! Our ideal PMs are the ones that deal in the minutia that no one else in the agency has the stomach for. They live for it. The IQ PM will manage a client project, with the leadership of a rock-star Sr. PM - but they will do it without micromanagement or hand-holding. The ideal PM for IQ is an adventurer, an entrepreneur and a lion-tamer all mixed into one "devil's in the details" package. You should be able to brave the waters of client service, creative, strategy, operations and of course the client while juggling estimates, budgets, time-lines, deadlines, and deliverables. You don't have to be the most experienced person in the bunch, just the best at what you do - which is manage a project and manage it well.
We are looking for team oriented, collaborative folks to keep the projects on time, on budget, on quality and on strategy. We know it sounds like a lot, but for a super-rock-star interactive Project Manager it’s a cake walk. Sound like a cake walk to you? If so, let us here from you.

Requirements:

2-3 years interactive project management
experience including project plan development and resource management.
Must be highly detail-oriented and experienced in running to a project schedule.
Prior digital agency experience is preferred.
Exposure to estimating and scoping interactive, rich media projects and applications.
Basic understanding of digital disciplines (creative, technology, user experience, strategy.)
Understanding of deadlines, budget management and deliverables.
Working understanding of interactive technologies and interactive media formats.
