Summary
The Senior Marketing Associate will act as the primary client contact on day-to-day development, management, and execution of cross-channel marketing programs. You will assist managers in preparing, implementing and delivering client presentations or recommendations as well as understanding the specific creative needs of the interactive and direct marketing mediums. Working closely with your extended team, you will take ownership of programs and proactively work within all areas of Digitas to ensure that client needs are met seamlessly and on strategy for all programs.

Detailed Description

Program Management and Execution
Manages communication between client and team Manages client expectations by pushing back when necessary Develops budgets, schedules for all projects (where DM exists partner with them to complete) Maintains a status on all projects and share with Manager project progress, concerns about meeting deliverables, client issues, etc. Ensures all client materials meet expectations, are on strategy and are delivered on time Monitors budgets and schedules Conducts client calls, brings in extended teams members when necessary Oversee finances of projects within a program Monitor the quality of materials being delivered to the client Asks questions upon being briefed on a new project to ensure a full-understanding of Digitas’ role and set of deliverables Proactively raises ideas for programs Acts as primary on day-to-day client contact on program development and execution Establishes a strong relationship with the client through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of client’s basic business issues Proactively identifies and resolves program issues

Strategy
Develops creative strategies in conjunction with the marketing manager and other departments

Supports manager in developing test and measurement plans Researches industry trends and facts and educates team Assists in defining the customer experience across all channels Supports upper level marketing team in strategic endeavors

People Development
Manages Associates on the team by providing guidance, establishing goals and providing an appropriate level of feedback on a regular basis Take responsibility for own career by completing GDP and meeting with Supervisor regularly to review progress against goals Establishes and grows relationships across capabilities

Qualifications

3-5 years' work experience, preferably in marketing Bachelor's degree

On-line experience a must Cross-Channel execution Outstanding organizational, communication/presentation skills Analytical skills
