With blogs launched in 2005, both Ed and Rick are early adopters of social media. Ed managed the controversial Firehouse Media Only blog, and Rick is the visionary behind Indium’s multi social media programs that include blogs, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. Together they bring a unique perspective of what works, what doesn’t, where to take risks and how to gauge success.
