Ryan Sagan, Marketing Automation Manager, InterContinental Hotels Group
Ryan manages marketing automation efforts across IHG’s distribution channels leveraging IT infrastructure, CRM systems, and refinement of business processes. Ryan was previously IHG’s Senior Email Marketing Consultant from 2007-2009 where he managed email communications for Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowned Plaza, Hotel Indigo, and several streams of communications from IHG’s loyalty program, Priority Club Rewards. Prior to joining IHG, Ryan owned his own IT/business consulting company after having worked as the Director of Internet Marketing & Operations and Director of Technology & Research for an executive career management firm and a Performance Management Consulting Firm, respectively.

Brent Rosengren, Senior Director of Client Services, BrightWave Marketing

David Elgin, Director, Interactive Marketing, Atlanta Spirit
David Elgin began working with the Hawks, Thrashers and Philips Arena in 2001 and through several roles, has moved into the digital marketing space. David now oversees the Interactive Marketing department which consists of all digital marketing and CRM efforts. David is originally from Huntsville, AL and graduated from Berry College in Rome, GA.
